We design and manufacture tailor-made
conversion rectifiers that are widely used in several electrochemical
processes like electroplating, anodizing, hydrogenation etc. Suitable for
marginal overloading conditions, the rectifiers are available in various
capacities ranging from 200 A to 15000 A at different output DC voltage. We
manufacture rectifiers for 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply at any voltage between
380 and 440 V. Besides this, we also design and develop power rectifiers for
60 Hz, AC supply for any requisite voltage range. We recommend to use proper
protective device with the electroplating rectifiers in order to ensure
proper protection the system as well as the personnel.

Output Control
The function of the DC output control is to control the operating range of
voltage/current by varying input voltage/current. We offer roller type
voltage regulator to achieve DC output voltage variation in the rectifiers.
Why the Regulator is Superior to Thyristors in Rectifier?
- The rolling carbon roller regulator technology is technically
advanced.
- We use vertical coil type rolling carbon regulator.
- Several European countries recognize regulator technology.
- The technology of regulator is available to only reputed
manufacturers worldwide.
- In vertical coil type rolling carbon regulator, the cross-section
area of copper is three times larger than conventional one, which ensure
1/6 or 20% less losses.
- In regulator technology, the roller moves on both sides of the coil
to provide ± 440 V or ± 254 V output.
- We design the rectifier in 'Q' connection in which the regulator
current is half the line current - ensuring less power losses.
